Education Change Paradigm — A Pragmatic approach to making Education work for all

In the interaction between people in varied levels of relationship, there is a foundational principle that drives either successful or failed outcomes, trust. Trust in the mutual goal of parties, trust in the capacity and capability of the parties to live up to their performance and deliverables, trust that the parties have a clear and mutual understanding of all factors leading into the interaction and the outcomes expected upon completion of this interaction. In the area of education, the foundation of trust is even more critical because of the intersectionality of persons involved in the relationship. This intersectionality includes:

· Parents who choose the educational provide for their children and have expectations of their children’s performance

· Students who receive the content provided by the educational system and have to meet the expectations of their parents

· Teachers who have to deliver the educational content to the students, communicate the performance to the parents and have to meet performance expectations of the educational system provider, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders

· Educational providers (Public, Charter, Parochial & Private) who manage the educational sites, interact with the parents to get…
